FISH CROQUETTES (SERVES 4)
- 500gr of Hake
- 3 slices of whole grain or white tin loaf bread without edges
- ½ purple onion
- 3 scallions
- 1 whole egg and 2 yolks
- Breadcrumbs (Panko)
- Salt, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 envelopes of Cardiosmile
- Olive oil
Soak the bread crumbs (Panko) with the milk and let it rest.
In a pan with olive oil, sauté the purple onion and garlic.
Mix the finely chopped chives, yolks, salt, pepper, Cardiosmile sachets and fish previously steamed and shredded. Make small balls with your hand, and cover them in the previously beaten egg and then the bread crumbs.
Finally fry in olive oil until golden brown.
