Each sachet of Cardiosmile is made up of 2.000 mg of pure phytosterols in water, the optimal daily recommended portion to ensure the contribution in reducing cholesterol levels, which results can be observed after one month of consumption.

Its main characteristics are: its convenience and ease of use, and it is the only product that has demonstrated its effectiveness helping to reduce cholesterol and also helping to reduce triglycerides in the blood.

Cardiosmile contains 30 sachets, the amount for one month. How is it different from other products in the market?

Cardiosmile does not contain sodium, gluten, lactose, fat, calories, nor does it need refrigeration.

Also, Cardiosmile contains the optimum daily portion of phytosterols needed to contribute to reduce cholesterol. Other products with phytosterols have a lower amount of phytosterols, so it is necessary to consume a greater number of daily units to reach the desired results.

What are phytosterols?
Phytosterols are natural substances present in foods such as cereals, whole grains, vegetables and fruits, which have been shown to inhibit the absorption of cholesterol in the body.

It is important to note that not all phytosterols are the same. Among them we highlight the esterified phytosterols and also the free phytosterols that you can find in Cardiosmile. This means that Cardiosmile’s formula has no fat content, but on the contrary, our phytosterols are dispersed in water thanks to a patented process that reduces their particle size. This gives Cardiosmile a unique quality that facilitates the consumption of phytosterols, mixing the contents of a sachet with a liquid or food of preference.

On the other hand, Cardiosmile’s formula not only contributes to reduce LDL cholesterol by 12%, but also triglycerides by 14% and increases HDL cholesterol by 3%*.

So if you measure your cholesterol after you stop using Cardiosmile, you probably will not see changes, since you will be measuring your cholesterol and triglyceride levels without the effect produced by Cardiosmile phytosterols. This is because the disorders related to cholesterol are usually chronic and, therefore, permanent care is required.

It is also important to note that the values indicated as the effect of Cardiosmile (-12% LDL cholesterol, + 3% HDL cholesterol, -14% triglycerides) are average values, as observed in a clinical study conducted at the University of Manitoba, Canada . Therefore, these results may vary depending on each person.
