RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE FOR DIABETES 

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup of raspberries (100 g).

½ pear (100 g).

1 tbsp of oats (10 g).

1 fat and sugar-free yogurt (145g).

2 Cardiosmile sachets.

1 cup of ice (70 g).

½ cup of cold boiled water (100 ml).

Artificial sweetener to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. First wash and peel all fruits.
  2. In a juicer mix all the ingredients and then blend until you get a homogeneous texture.
  3. Serve cold
