INGREDIENTS
½ cup (100 cc) fat and sugar-free yogurt

1/3 cup (80 ml) sugar-free pineapple juice

½ slice (60 g) fresh pineapple

1/3 tsp coconut essence

1 Cardiosmile sachet 

1/3 tsp rum essence

10 drops of liquid artificial sweetener

DIRECTIONS
Wash and peel the pineapple. Remove the center.

In a juicer mix all the ingredients and blend until you get a homogeneous texture.

Serve cold.
